Follow M5 until it joins with the A380, continue over the first roundabout, (Penn Inn).

At the next roundabout turn right (Hamelin Way - A380). This road changes from dual carriage way at Marldon Cross, continue on, (Kings Ash road - A380).

At next intersection, (Tweenaway Cross - A3022/A380), turn left into Totnes Road towards Paignton Zoo.

After you have passed the Zoo entrance, (right hand side) turn right (into Penwill Way). Follow this road down to the traffic lights and (Torbay Leisure Centre) turn right into Dartmouth Road (B3199).

The Dainton Hotel is located approximately half a mile up on the left hand side.
